Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Willingness to learn with on-the-job training.
• Mass appraisal or fee appraisal experience is a plus.
• Ohio Appraisal License or Trainee is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Complete an on parcel field review of property data to assure data quality.
• Assist in development and implementation of valuation parameters and modeling.
• Interact professionally with taxpayers during informal hearings and investigate discrepancies.
• Maintain positive relations with clients, the public, and company personnel.
