Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in wealth management or private client advisory preferred.
• Strong client-centric focus and ability to cross-sell banking and investment products.
• Licenses and certifications required or pursued after hire (SIE, Series 7, Series 66/63/65).

Responsibilities

• Grow new clients and expand relationships with Mass Affluent clients.
• Host holistic Financial Wellness conversations and develop comprehensive financial plans.
• Provide investment solutions and partner with branch staff for referrals.
• Meet sales production and referral goals through client book and referrals.
• Learn Key Investment Services solutions to support cross-selling opportunities.
• Coordinate investment product delivery within branches and coach staff.
• Develop a Center of Influence strategy with Consumer Bank partners.
• Comply with KeyBank policies and maintain ethical standards.
