Job summary

KeyBank in Medford, OR seeks a Private Client Advisor to grow and manage Mass Affluent relationships, delivering investment solutions and wealth planning guidance. You will partner with branch staff and Centers of Influence to uncover full household opportunities and drive relationship growth.

You will lead holistic Financial Wellness conversations, develop plans, and refer appropriate banking products to maximize client outcomes and company performance.

Qualifications

• Broad knowledge of characteristics and needs of clients and partners within the bank-based investment market space.
• Demonstrated ability to sell products and services to investment clients; evidence of strong sales results.
• Strong client-centric focus and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Grow new clients and expand relationships with investable assets >$50k.
• Target $250k–$2M investable assets and develop comprehensive financial plans.
• Provide investment solutions and cross-sell banking products through branch teams.
• Coordinate investment product delivery and mentor branch personnel to maximize referrals.
