Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent experience
• Bachelor's Degree preferred
• FINRA SIE, S7, and S66/S63/65 required upon hire
• CFP preferred
• State life/variable license or Life & Disability required

Responsibilities

• Grow new clients and expand existing relationships with investable assets ranging from $50,000 to $2 million.
• Host holistic financial wellness conversations and complete comprehensive financial plans.
• Provide needs-based investment solutions and cross-sell banking products with branch staff.
• Achieve sales production and referral goals through existing book and new referrals.
• Coordinate delivery of investment products across assigned branches and mentor staff.
• Develop Center of Influence partnerships to expand the client base.
