Job summary

Westlake Chemical seeks a Masonry Technical Installation Representative to serve as the technical expert and to develop and implement training programs for our Stone brands. The role covers TN, NC, SC, FL with travel to AL and LA and ideally sits near the Greater Atlanta area.

Responsibilities include conducting training, delivering product knowledge to sales teams and contractors, and supporting installers through safety initiatives and field visits.

Qualifications

• 5 years of construction experience and/or masonry experience and/or 3 years installing manufactured stone veneer preferred.
• Ability to speak Spanish is a plus.
• Excellent communications skills both written and verbal.
• Demonstrate the ability to communicate, present, and influence credibly and effectively.

Responsibilities

• Deliver product knowledge training of Westlake Royal Stone Solutions ancillary products to educate and create demand.
• Present PowerPoint training for contractors, builders and industry professionals.
• Increase the number of qualified installers by working with trade organizations and Trade Training Schools.
• Develop relationships with contractors and installation companies within the territory.
• Assist Area Sales Manager with jobsite visits and pulling through demand and providing field support.
• Support Warranty Claims Dept through site visits for information gathering.
• Lead initiatives around safety and promote a safety culture.

This position will also be responsible for the development and implementation of both classroom and field installation training programs for our products. Product responsibility includes all Stone brands.
