Qualifications

• Must be able to perform physically demanding tasks including lifting and standing for long periods.
• Willing to learn on the job with basic masonry/site practices.
• Commitment to safety rules and PPE usage.
• Reliable transportation to Salem, OR and full-time, consistent schedules.
• Strong teamwork and ability to take direction from masons.
• HS diploma preferred; construction or labor experience a plus.
• Able to work outdoors in varying weather.

Responsibilities

• Mix mortar, stock bricks and blocks.
• Set up and move scaffolding as needed.
• Load and unload materials.
• Move supplies to masons and ensure tools/equipment are available.
• Keep work areas clean and organized.
• Follow safety procedures at all times.
