Job summary

The Marcus Corporation's Mason Street Grill in Milwaukee is seeking a part-time hourly host to greet guests, manage reservations, and support a seamless dining experience. You will welcome guests, seat guests promptly, and assist with inquiries while coordinating with servers and managers in a fast-paced, upscale environment.

Ideal candidates bring hospitality passion, strong communication, and a neat appearance, with experience in reservation systems and the ability to work flexible evenings

• Strong attention to detail and confidence using reservation and seating management systems.
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays; previous host, customer service, or hospitality experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests with genuine hospitality, create a positive first impression, and provide exceptional service from arrival through departure.
