If so, Mason Street Grill is looking for a dedicated individual to join our team and help uphold our reputation for outstanding hospitality, exceptional cuisine, and warm, genuine service.

What you will be doing

• Welcome guests with genuine hospitality, create a positive first impression, and provide exceptional service from arrival through departure.


• Manage reservations, waitlists, and seating arrangements to ensure efficient table flow and maximize the guest experience.


• Answer phone calls, assist with guest inquiries, and provide accurate information about dining options, hours, special events, and restaurant offerings.


• Coordinate closely with servers, bussers, and managers to maintain smooth restaurant operations and accommodate guest needs and special requests.


• Maintain a polished host stand and entrance area while ensuring guests are seated promptly and professionally in an upscale dining environment.

Position Requirements

• Passion for hospitality with excellent communication and guest service skills.


• Ability to stay organized and composed while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced restaurant environment.


• Professional appearance and demeanor with the ability to create welcoming experiences for diverse guests.


• Strong attention to detail and confidence using reservation and seating management systems.


• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays; previous host, customer service, or hospitality experience is preferred.
