Job summary

Graff Masonry Inc. is seeking an experienced Masonry Technician for on-site, full-time work spanning residential, commercial, and industrial projects. The role emphasizes laying brick, block, and stone with attention to quality, teamwork, and safety—home every night and within an hour’s reach of the shop.

Located in West Bend, WI, the position offers hourly pay of $30–$40+ with a year-end bonus and comprehensive benefits. No weekend-heavy schedule; standard Mon–Fri with 40–45 hours.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of masonry experience preferred.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Skilled in laying block, brick, and stone for various applications.
• Able to build leads accurately and maintain coursing.
• Comfortable working outdoors and performing physically demanding tasks.
• Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
• Valid driver’s license preferred (not required).
• No specific certifications required.

Responsibilities

• Lay brick and stone veneer with precision and quality.
• Set and align block walls from below grade to finished height.
• Construct block leads that are level, plumb, and on-course.
• Read and follow project plans and specifications.
• Maintain safe and clean work environments.
• Collaborate with field crew members and foremen.
• Operate hand and power tools safely and effectively.
