Job summary

Arrow Finishing Inc. is seeking a Production Technician for Masking on the production floor. The role focuses on masking, unmasking, and packaging parts in accordance with process cards during the anodize process, while upholding safety, quality, and on‑time delivery.

You will read process cards, record time, and follow PO instructions. The position emphasizes teamwork, accountability, and a clean work environment, with the possibility to mentor fellow team members as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Understands process cards and PO instructions.
• Able to balance workload and stay organized.

Responsibilities

• Mask, unmask, and package parts according to process cards.
• Ensure safety, quality, and timely completion of tasks.
• Read and understand process cards and POs; enter production time.
• Mentor teammates and maintain a clean, organized work area.
