Valence Surface Technologies in Everett, WA is seeking a Full-Time Masking Technician to support operations by creating cutouts from Catia models, inspecting masking, and ensuring blueprints are current. You will work under the Department Lead and collaborate with management and customers to meet job requirements.

The role emphasizes accuracy, safety, and timely task completion in a manufacturing environment with opportunities for certification and growth.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Intimate masking knowledge of all parts.
• Basic understanding of computers.
• Good oral and written communication skills.
• Basic math skills.
• Excellent problem-solving techniques.
• In-depth knowledge of industry specifications.
• Experience - relevant experience preferred.

• Compensation Range: $21.30 to $23.00 per hours (DOE) + shift differential for 2nd and 3rd shift.

Work Environment

Temperatures in the work environment can fluctuate with outside weather conditions. Due to the manufacturing environment, Personal Protection Equipment may be required including safety glasses, goggles, aprons, rubber boots, gloves, and a respirator (provided by Company).
