Job summary

  • Provide, implement and administer masking instructions and visual aids.
  • Manage and create file structures for storage of documents and visual aids.
  • Take and edit photos for masking instructions.
  • Interpret masking instructions and translate onto internal visual aids.
  • Use CATIA to create model-based visual aids.
  • Read and interpret customer blueprints and work instructions.

Job Summary

Provide, implement, and administer masking instructions and visual aids within the facility. DPD Technicians work directly for the Quality Manager. The DPD Technician is involved in developing and implementing systems to ensure products or services meet or exceed customer requirements and expectations. This position may include a mixture of the functions below to be determined upon hire.

  • Ability to work will all types of computer applications including, but not limited to, PowerPoint, PDF editor, word and excel.
  • Manage and create file structures for storage of existing and new documents. This will include visual aids, customer provided blueprints and any other work instructions.
  • Ability to take and edit photos for use in masking instructions.
  • Interpretation of masking instructions to translate onto internal visual aids.
  • Use of CATIA to create model based visual aids.
  • Ability to read multiple types of blueprints.
  • Interpretation of customer supplied purchase orders and work instructions.

Benefits

  • Compensation Range $18.00 to $ 22.00 per hour (DOE)

Education: High School Graduate or General Education Degree (GED): Required

Ability to read multiple types of blueprints

  • Ability to wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) - All Required

WORK ENVIRONMENT

Work is performed in a manufacturing setting where shop conditions and can be in excess of 100 degrees Fahrenheit
