Job summary

Napleton Mid Rivers Maserati in St. Peters, Missouri is seeking a skilled Maserati Technician to perform vehicle repair and maintenance to dealer and factory standards. You will diagnose issues, communicate with service teams, and participate in ongoing factory training while building customer trust and loyalty.

Qualifications

• Maserati Technician experience required.
• Maserati certifications required.
• Excellent customer service.
• Strong communication skills.
• Valid Driver’s License.
• 18+ years of age or older to comply with the company driving policy.

Responsibilities

• Perform vehicle repair and/or maintenance work as outlined on repair order with efficiency and accuracy, in accordance with dealership and factory standards to drive Customer loyalty.
• Communicate with Parts Department and Service Advisors regularly to effectively manage production and Customer communication.
• Diagnose the cause of any malfunction and perform repair.
• Adequately explains technical diagnoses and needed repairs to non-mechanical individuals which may include employees and customers
• Keep abreast of factory technical bulletins and participate in factory-sponsored training classes as appropriate
• Keeps store management aware of mechanical repair problems as they occur
• Maintains an organized work area
