Job summary

Goldman Sachs Asset Management is seeking a proactive BU COO team member to bolster MAS through strategic planning, KPI reporting, and process automation. You will partner with senior leadership on operating models, cost controls, and data-driven insights to inform decisions across OCIO, wealth portfolios, and institutional mandates.

Requires strongExcel and PowerPoint skills, 1-3 years in financial services, and a disciplined, detail-oriented approach to governance, risk, and analytics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Operations, Data Analytics, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of professional experience in financial services, asset management, consulting, or corporate strategy.
• Strong quantitative, analytical, and problem-solving abilities with intellectual curiosity.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint for modeling and presentations.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; capable of distilling data for leadership.
• Highly organized with detail-oriented workflow management and discretion.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Business Planning & Execution with MAS COO and senior leaders.
• Management Information & KPI Reporting for leadership and committees.
• Identify bottlenecks in onboarding, reporting, and trading workflows.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Operations, and Product on platform enhancements.
• Support governance, risk controls, and regulatory adherence.
• Ensure data integrity across internal systems and analytics
• Handle floor administration, entitlements, and ad-hoc leadership decks
