• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Operations, Data Analytics, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of prior professional experience in financial services, asset management, management consulting, or corporate strategy.
• Strong quantitative, analytical, and problem-solving capabilities with a high level of intellectual curiosity.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (financial and operational modeling) and PowerPoint (executive presentations).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to distill complex data into actionable leadership summaries.
• Highly organized with meticulous attention to detail, structured workflow management, and disciplined follow-through.
• High commercial acumen, integrity, and discretion when handling sensitive business data and confidential leadership matters.
• Adaptability to manage competing priorities and deliver under tight deadlines in a dynamic investment environment.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Business Planning & Execution: Partner with MAS COO and senior leadership to drive strategic initiatives and support platform scale.
• Management Information & KPI Reporting: Compile and distribute executive KPIs, dashboards, and AUM/flows reporting.
• Operational Efficiency & Digital Optimization: Identify bottlenecks and prioritize platform enhancements with cross-functional teams.
• Governance, Risk & Controls: Support risk assessments, supervisory procedures, and regulatory adherence.
• Data Integrity & Architecture: Ensure consistency of business metadata across internal systems.
• Business Unit Administration: Manage floor administration, entitlements, and ad-hoc presentation decks.
