Job summary

Care2U in Baltimore seeks an Assistant Director of Field Operations to launch the Maryland MIH program, overseeing Paramedics, Nurse Practitioners, PAs, Dispatchers, and Logistics Technicians from pre-launch through go-live.

Starting August 2026 in hourly capacity, transitioning to a salaried leadership role on January 1, 2027, you will build teams, set workflows, ensure compliance with Maryland EMS regulations, and drive day-to-day operations for high-acuity home-based care.

Qualifications

• Must be a licensed Maryland Paramedic with a strong EMS and MIH leadership background.
• Ability to build, scale, and lead a field operations team from the ground up.
• Experience ensuring compliance with Maryland EMS regulations and HIPAA standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead pre-launch build-out, hiring, training, and readiness activities Aug–Dec 2026.
• Direct day-to-day operations of a Mobile Integrated Health agency in Greater Baltimore.
• Oversee Paramedics, Nurse Practitioners, PAs, Dispatchers, and Logistics Technicians.
• Develop policies, workflows, and performance metrics aligned with Care2U's clinical model and Maryland regulations.
• Monitor field performance and ensure timely, high-quality patient care.
