Job summary

The Center for Trauma, Stress, and Anxiety (CTSA) in Maryland is seeking a Maryland Licensed Psychologist for our outpatient practice. This full-time role centers on psychotherapy, with opportunities to contribute to supervision, training, program development, or leadership as CTSA needs and your interests evolve.

Qualifications

• Hold an active, unrestricted Maryland Psychologist license
• Have experience providing outpatient psychotherapy
• Demonstrate strong clinical judgment and ethical practice
• Maintain timely, high-quality clinical documentation
• Work effectively both independently and collaboratively
• Be willing to provide in-person and telehealth services based on client and practice needs
• Maintain CTSA's full-time clinical productivity expectations
• Participate in CTSA's required in-house clinical training and professional development
• Value continued learning, accountability, collaboration, and high-quality clinical care
• Maryland Board approval to provide clinical supervision is valued but not required if seeking a non-supervisory position
