Job summary

Thriveworks is hiring licensed clinicians to provide compassionate, evidence-based care to our large client base across the country. This role combines telehealth and in-person sessions in Annapolis, Maryland, with administrative support and a pathway to a full caseload within 90 days of credentialing.

We offer a ramp stipend for clinicians offering 30+ hours per week, plus comprehensive benefits for full-time staff, including health insurance and paid time off.

Qualifications

• Independently licensed and living in Maryland — Licensed Psychologist (PsyD or PhD).
• Consistently available to clients for a minimum of 25 sessions with 30 hours of availability weekly.
• A behavioral health generalist open to treating a variety of clients, including couples and children.
• Invested in helping clients achieve measurable progress.
• Confident working with modern clinical technology, including telehealth and EHR tools.
• A good teammate — building a clinical community and valuing positive contributors.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, evidence-based mental health care to clients across the country.
• Deliver both telehealth and face-to-face sessions from Annapolis, Maryland.
• Build and manage a full caseload with high-quality clinical care.
• Collaborate with a clinical community and utilize administrative support to focus on patient care.
