Qualifications

• Active Maryland Bar license in good standing.
• J.D. degree from accredited law school.
• 3+ years of estate planning experience preferred.
• Strong legal writing, drafting, analytical, and client communication skills.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with interest in developing new business and building client base.

Responsibilities

• Build and expand a portfolio of estate planning clients within the firm’s practice.
• Consult clients and translate complex plans into clear, actionable estate strategies.
• Develop relationships and contribute to business development and client conversion.
