Job summary

Kriss Law is seeking a Maryland-licensed Estate Planning Attorney to join our growing estate planning practice in Gaithersburg, Greenbelt, or Frederick, MD. This is a commission-based opportunity, with compensation commensurate with experience and ability to develop and convert estate planning business.

The ideal candidate will be entrepreneurial, motivated, and comfortable working directly with clients to build trusted relationships and craft comprehensive estate plans.

Qualifications

• Active Maryland Bar license in good standing.
• J.D. degree from accredited law school.
• 3+ years of estate planning experience preferred.
• Strong legal writing, drafting, analytical, and client communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with interest in developing new business.

Responsibilities

• Build and expand a portfolio of estate planning clients within the firm’s practice and support structure.
• Engage directly with clients, conduct consultations, and communicate effectively to develop comprehensive estate plans.
