Etsy, Inc. is seeking a MarTech Systems Specialist to join the Retention & Engagement Marketing Operations & Insights team.

You will own the technical systems enabling campaign launches, bug investigations, and workflow automation, partnering with Marketing, Product and Engineering to deliver faster, more reliable campaigns. The role involves building campaigns in Braze and improving surrounding systems, staying current with MarTech trends, and communicating complex tech concepts clearly to

Qualifikationen

5+ years in marketing operations, marketing technology, or a technical CRM/ESP role.
Proficiency with enterprise marketing automation platforms (Braze, SFMC, Iterable).
Experience with HTML/CSS and scripting languages like Liquid.
Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical partners.

Aufgaben

Own bug intake, triage, follow-up, and resolution across REM Ops and Engineering channels.
Improve build, QA, and alerting workflows using resolved bugs.
Develop proposals to improve tool use, data access, and reduce manual work.
Create documentation and trainings for developers and partner teams.
