Experis Technology Group is seeking a Sr MarTech Program Manager to join its client’s Marketing Technology team in Baltimore, MD. You will lead delivery across multiple Agile teams, align technology with business goals, and provide program-level oversight.

The role requires 7+ years in project/program management within enterprise tech, experience in Asset Management, and hands-on Agile tools like JIRA or Rally.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of Project or Program Management experience within enterprise technology environments.
• Experience working in Asset Management industry
• Experience with Marketing Technology such as Adobe, Google
• Proven experience leading complex cross-functional technology initiatives.
• Hands-on experience with Agile project management tools such as JIRA or Rally.
• Exceptional stakeholder management skills, including working with senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery, coordination, and execution of marketing technology initiatives across multiple Agile teams.
• Provide program-level oversight and facilitate communication between technology teams, business stakeholders, and senior leadership.
• Identify risks, remove blockers, and ensure successful project completion within scope and timeline.
• Manage project budgets, resource planning, forecasting, and financial tracking to optimize project delivery.
• Support Agile delivery processes, including Kanban and Scrum methodologies, and monitor project health and dependencies.

As a Sr. ProgramManager, you will be part of the Marketing Technology department supporting multiple Agile technology teams. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent communication, and a proactive approach, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Sr. Project Manager (MarTech)

Location: Baltimore, MD

Pay Range: $73-75/hr depending on years of experience

What's the Job?
