Job summary

Cognizant is seeking a Martech (Marketing Technology) QA specialist with strong SQA experience in retail and e-commerce. You will lead validation activities, manage QA teams, and oversee enterprise data testing for large-scale customer experience projects.

Ideal candidates will have hands-on SQL skills, knowledge of MDM/CDP/ETL platforms, and experience using Jira and Confluence. Strong client-facing communication is essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Strong SQA experience in the retail industry and with e-commerce platforms.
• Experience leading validation activities and managing teams for large-scale customer experience and retail projects.
• Strong experience in leading enterprise data testing.
• Working knowledge of customer MDM, CDP, and ETL platforms.
• Working knowledge of SQL.
• Experience using and managing tools such as Jira and Confluence.
• Strong communication and client management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead validation activities for large-scale CX and retail projects.
• Manage QA teams and coordinate testing efforts across platforms.
• Oversee enterprise data testing initiatives and data quality assurance.
• Work with MDM, CDP, and ETL platforms to validate data flows.
• Utilize SQL for data validation and scripting tasks.
• Collaborate with clients and stakeholders; communicate testing status and risks.
