Qualifications

• 5+ years of Program or Project Management experience within technology organizations.
• Experience managing complex cross-functional programs involving multiple stakeholder groups.
• Strong knowledge of Agile delivery methodologies.
• Experience working in Agile and/or SAFe environments.
• Proficiency with Jira and Confluence.
• Experience supporting Marketing Technology (MarTech) initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, coordination, and execution of Marketing Technology programs across multiple teams and workstreams.
• Facilitate cross-functional collaboration among Customer Data, AI/ML, Customer Care, Campaigns & Communications, and Data Engineering teams.
• Coordinate sprint-level and program-level planning activities.
• Support roadmap development and ongoing program governance.
• Facilitate status meetings, sprint readouts, program reviews, and stakeholder communications.
• Maintain project artifacts, documentation, and reporting within Jira and Confluence.
• Develop executive-ready presentations and status updates.
