Role: Martech Architect / Product Manager

Location: NYC, NY / Remote (Locals Preferred for Onsite work)

Duration: Long Term

Responsibilities:

  1. Digital Marketing/Martech Product Management: Oversee Campaign Management/ESP platform selection, architecture, and implementation.
  2. Strategic Guidance: Provide guidance to clients in defining and building enterprise-wide modern Campaign Management technology architecture, including AI/ML personalization engines, attribution models, identity resolution, email & SMS services, Loyalty, and Campaign Management.
  3. Leverage Industry Best Practices: Use experience and industry learnings to inform strategic decisions.
  4. Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with client stakeholders to ensure strategies are aligned and maximize business impact.
  5. Data-Driven Campaigns: Design journey orchestration strategies and campaigns based on data insights.
  6. Business Strategy Translation: Translate marketing and business expectations into strategies, capabilities, and business cases that improve marketing efficiency and effectiveness.
  7. Platform Expertise: Be an expert in at least two ESP technology platform stacks.
  8. Platform Selection Experience: Previous experience in conducting RFPs for selecting Campaign Management platforms.
  9. Integration Knowledge: Deep understanding of the integrations needed to implement Campaign Management platforms for D2C organizations.
