We are looking for a Martech Manager with a strong technical foundation and strategic vision to lead a multidisciplinary team across SEO, analytics, and digital experience optimization. This role will be key in driving platform integration, data activation, and experimentation strategies that directly impact business growth for our clients.

As a people and delivery leader, you will manage senior specialists across performance and martech disciplines, ensuring technical alignment, cross-functional collaboration, and clear value communication to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. The ideal candidate combines a deep understanding of the martech ecosystem (analytics, tag management, CDPs, CMPs, testing platforms) with a strong ability to connect data with business outcomes.

Role responsibilities
  • Lead a team of senior analysts and specialists across SEO, analytics, and marketing technology disciplines, ensuring consistent delivery and strategic cohesion.
  • Own and evolve the martech strategy across accounts, with a focus on integrations between platforms (e.g., CDPs, analytics, CMPs, CRMs, testing tools).
  • Translate complex technical concepts into clear business value for clients, tailoring communication to executive and operational audiences.
  • Identify opportunities for data activation, including audience segmentation, journey orchestration, and personalization across channels.
  • Oversee experimentation and CRO initiatives, aligning them with measurement frameworks and business KPIs.
  • Partner with client stakeholders across marketing, product, and engineering to align execution with strategic priorities and ensure platform scalability.
  • Contribute to scoping, solution design, and estimation for martech-related initiatives in partnership with commercial and technical leads.
  • Monitor evolving trends in martech, privacy, and performance to proactively advise clients and evolve internal best practices.
Must have qualifications

To be considered for this role, you must meet the following essential qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing Technology, Digital Strategy, Data Science, or related fields.
  • 6+ years of experience in marketing technology or digital analytics roles, including at least 2 years managing multidisciplinary teams.
  • Demonstrated expertise in martech integrations, including CDPs (e.g., Segment, RudderStack), tag management platforms (e.g., GTM, Tealium), and analytics tools (e.g., GA4, Adobe).
  • Familiarity with experimentation and A/B testing platforms (e.g., Optimizely, VWO, Adobe Target) and their role in growth strategies.
  • Experience delivering and articulating business impact through data and technology enablement.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, especially when bridging marketing and technical teams.
Nice to have qualifications
  • Experience working in or alongside agencies managing multiple clients or business units.
  • Familiarity with Digital Experience Platforms (DXPs) and their integration with martech stacks.
  • Comfort working in multi-market or multilingual environments.
  • Experience contributing to pre-sales or proposal development for martech projects.

This is a full time position based in the United States. The offered salary range is $120-180K annually, depending on experience and location.
