Job summary

Verizon is seeking a Principal MarTech Strategy & Real-Time Expert to bridge marketing strategy with hands-on technical execution. You will scale the MarTech stack, define schemas, and implement real-time customer journeys with an emphasis on agentic 1:1 personalization.

You will lead cross-functional pods, translate strategy into clear technical requirements, and collaborate with data science, engineering, and security teams to ensure robust, scalable data flows.

Qualifications

• Six+ years of MarTech Architecture and Evaluation experience, including evaluating technology platforms and scalable architectures.
• Three+ years hands-on experience building customer journeys, configuring schemas, and activating real-time profiles in Adobe or similar tools.
• Experience translating dense technical architecture into clear executive presentations.
• Experience guiding cross-functional delivery teams through Agile cycles.
• Experience integrating AI/ML into real-time marketing and omni-channel experiences.

Responsibilities

• Tech Stack Strategy: evaluate tools and architectures to enable agentic 1:1 personalization at scale.
• Hands-on RTM: design and enable real-time journeys, triggers, and data flows.
• Cross-functional leadership: lead delivery pods and translate strategy into technical requirements.
• Strategic storytelling: create visuals and decks explaining MarTech decisions and roadmaps.
