Job summary

Cabell Huntington Hospital in Huntington, WV invites a Movement Disorders specialist to join its academic neurology center with an established residency program. You will work with two movement disorder physicians and a multidisciplinary team to treat Parkinson’s disease, essential tremor, dystonia, Huntington’s disease and related disorders.

Qualifications

• MD or DO Medical Degree required.
• Neurology residency training required or equivalent.
• Board eligibility or certification in Neurology required.

Responsibilities

• Treat movement disorders including Parkinson's disease, essential tremor, dystonia, Huntington's disease and tardive dyskinesia.
• Participate in Deep Brain Stimulation (DBS) planning and care.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of radiologists, pharmacists, nurses, dietitians and therapists.
• Engage in the Neurology Residency Program and educate residents and trainees.
