Job summary

MTSI is seeking a Senior Systems Engineer to lead software, compute, and autonomy efforts within an Integrated Capabilities Team at Wright‑Patterson AFB. You will drive system‑of‑systems integration, open architectures, and mission‑driven engineering across Air Force portfolios.

The role requires deep systems engineering expertise, experience with SOSA/AMS GRA/UCI, and the ability to operate across security levels in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment. A TS clearance is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years of relevant work experience.
• Experience in a DoD/DoD contractor environment, SAP/SCI preferred.
• Active DoD TS clearance with ability to obtain SCI.

Responsibilities

• Guide systems engineering efforts for software, compute, and autonomy in an ICT.
• Assess open architectures (SOS A, AMS GRA, UCI) for interoperability.
• Translate operational needs into actionable engineering tasks and artifacts.
• Prepare executive briefings with complex data for leadership.
• Lead cross‑functional teams across multiple security levels.
