Job summary

Aimbridge Hospitality at Marriott Indianapolis East seeks a Convention Services Manager/Sales OEM to drive catering and F&B sales, coordinate events, and ensure guest satisfaction. You will partner with the Director of Sales and Catering to hit revenue goals while delivering memorable experiences.

The role requires high school diploma, convention/event sales experience preferred, strong communication, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; prior convention/event and catering sales experience preferred.
• Creativity and knowledge of food and beverage/events, plus professional selling skills (opening, probing, supporting, closing) desired.
• Valid driver’s license for the applicable state required.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills to negotiate, convince, and influence clients and colleagues.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer use, with the ability to manage multiple tasks independently and present effectively.

This position is an overtime eligible manager (OEM),overtime does apply and is calculated accordingly.
