Milton Hershey School in Hershey, PA seeks married couples for a Full-time Flex Houseparent role. You will live on campus, supervise 8–13 students, and foster a family-like home environment that supports academic, emotional, and social growth.

The position starts with a nine-on / three-off cycle, then transitions to a placed houseparent living with the same group. Competitive benefits and relocation support are included.

Qualificações

• Experience working or volunteering with youth.
• Two-person couple role, legally married for at least two years.
• Both spouses aged 27 or older.
• No more than three dependent children in the home.
• Smoke-free and weapon-free campus; no alcohol on duty.
• Pet restrictions: fish and one dog of approved breeds.
• U.S. driver’s license and ability to become certified to drive student vans.
• Comfort leading devotions and Judeo-Christian Chapel services.

Responsabilidades

• Providing daily supervision and mentorship.
• Managing household routines and student schedules.
• Administering medications and ensuring student wellness.
• Driving students to activities and planning developmentally engaging events.
• Leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel attendance.
• Overseeing budgeting and household reporting.
