Job summary

SP+, a Metropolis Company, is hiring at the OHSU Marquam Hill campus for Attendant/Driver roles. You will guide customers to parking spaces, monitor vehicle flow, and assist with general parking operations, ensuring a smooth, safe experience for visitors and tenants.

Position is full-time at the Portland, OR site. Practical driving skills, reliability, and the ability to work with a team are essential for this role, with tips in addition to hourly pay where applicable.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service experience required.
• Previous parking experience highly desired.
• Driving required; ability to drive manual transmission a plus.
• Must be alert and able to handle multiple parkers simultaneously.
• Clean driving record to pass MVR check is necessary.

Responsibilities

• Direct incoming customers to available parking spaces for a seamless experience.
• Count vehicles on location during the shift as needed.
• Write and issue violation warnings for garage policy breaches.
• Assist customers who have forgotten where they parked their vehicle.
• Be on time, in uniform, and handle entrances/exits traffic control.
• Assist in maintenance tasks and report hazards to the Facility Manager.
