Job summary

Tommy Bahama is hiring for a kitchen support role in Hawaii to join our island lifestyle team. You’ll participate in a collaborative environment that promotes culinary and service success, while keeping dishware and kitchen equipment clean and sanitized.

Responsibilities include assisting in prep as needed, maintaining a safe, upbeat workplace, and adhering to agency sanitation standards. Shifts are scheduled by business needs, offering opportunities to grow with the brand.

Qualifications

• Lift and/or move up to approximately 50 pounds frequently.
• Bending/stooping/kneeling required – frequently.
• Routine standing for duration of shift.
• Safely Maneuvering the following types of equipment or machinery: Hand cart, blenders, knives, slices, wine keys and other tools provided to complete work.
• Scheduled shifts determined by business needs.

• Clean and sanitize tableware, pots, pans, and cooking equipment.
• Keep the dish room and equipment clean and organized.

• Help create a clean, safe, professional and upbeat environment
• May be assigned kitchen prep work as time permits.
