Job summary

Bank of America is seeking an experienced ETD Operations professional in Chicago to provide advanced end-to-end support for securities, loans, ETD/OTC derivatives across multiple lines of business. Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provides operational support for one or more activities within the lifecycle of a trade, including trade processing, trade settlement, accounting and reconciliation, lifecycle events, and collateral management.
• Provides simplified client interactions and deepens client relationships across Global Banking and Markets' clients.
• Completes accurate, timely clearing and settlement of trades with internal and external counterparties including reconciliation management and governance of trade fails and breaks.
• Performs tasks accurately during high volume periods in a team environment.
• Improves and simplifies the client experience, reducing manual touchpoints.
• Supports the implementation of new processes to improve the overall business operating model.
• Identifies and flags potential risks in a timely manner.
• Serve as the primary escalation point for process health, risk, and regulatory control concerns, ensuring timely resolution and stakeholder communication.
• Lead process improvement initiatives, leveraging AI and automation capabilities to enhance operational efficiency, control effectiveness, and service delivery.
• Develop, monitor, and report process health metrics, identifying emerging risks, performance trends, and opportunities for improvement.
• Drive end-to-end audit issue remediation efforts, partnering with Operations, Risk, Compliance, Audit, and Technology teams to deliver sustainable solutions.
• Act as a subject matter expert during technology incidents, coordinating investigation, remediation, root cause analysis, and preventative actions.
• Partner with senior leaders to assess operational risks, strengthen controls, and improve overall process resilience across the ETD operating environment.
• Function as a proactive "process health" advisor, identifying control gaps, operational inefficiencies, and opportunities for continuous improvement.

Main point of contact for AMRS Exchange Traded Derivatives (ETD) Operations process health control matters, audit remediation activities, regulatory reviews, and process improvement initiatives.
