Job summary

Mahaska is hiring a Markets Route Driver to deliver and place food and beverage products in Micro Markets and vending machines along a defined route. Training will be provided to cover all aspects of the position, and pay is commission-based with growth as sales increase.

The role emphasizes independence, reliability, and strong communication with clients. Applicants should be able to lift up to 50 lbs and maneuver a cart weighing up to 200 lbs, hold a valid driver’s license with a clean driving

Qualifications

• Must have a driver’s license with a good driving record.
• Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs and maneuver a 200 lb cart.
• Excellent communication skills and reliability.
• Ability to work outdoors and independently.

Responsibilities

• Deliver and place food/beverage products in Micro Markets and vending machines along a designated route with established accounts.
• Participate in training and learn all aspects of the route to ensure accurate deliveries and customer satisfaction.
• Commit to reliable, timely service and safe driving on all routes.

Requirements:

• Possess the ability to work independently, be financially driven and dependable as well as have excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work in the outdoor environment and able to lift up to 50 lbs. with the ability to maneuver a two-wheel cart weighting up to 200 lbs.
• Must have a driver's license with a good driving record.
