Job summary

ICE's Internship Program offers a dynamic, hands-on experience in Trade Operations and Market Supervision. You will support exception triage, work on real-time trade monitoring, and engage in data-driven analysis using Excel and BI tools.

As an intern, you will participate in weekly sessions with industry leaders, connect with peers, and gain exposure to financial services, technology, and mortgage industries. Roles require full-time availability at our Atlanta office for either schedule.

Qualifications

• Must be currently enrolled in a degree program, advancing to their junior year, pursuing a Finance or Economics degree.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Interest in financial markets and market dynamics.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with SQL, Tableau, or Power BI is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Monitor real-time and post-trade activity for anomalies and assist with review of system-generated alerts.
• Assist with research and resolution of trade breaks, exceptions, and data discrepancies, escalating unresolved items.
• Contribute to daily and end-of-day checkout procedures, ensuring records reconcile across platforms.
• Perform additional duties and contribute to projects as assigned.
