Job summary

Bank of America is seeking an Analyst in AMRS Event Capture to support corporate actions across multiple lines of business. You will manage data quality, coordinate with internal partners, and ensure timely processing of trades and events.

You will monitor trading activity, handle high-volume periods, and identify risks while collaborating with the Corporate Actions Center to deliver platinum service to FA's and clients globally.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in corporate actions.
• 1–3 years of Microsoft Office / Excel / Copilot experience.

Responsibilities

• Sets up and maintains core data across client, account, instrument and agreement data.
• Ensures transactions are completed accurately and on time.
• Monitors daily client trading activity across multiple markets.
• Performs high-volume tasks in a team environment.
• Identifies and flags potential risks promptly.
• Performs voluntary corporate actions for multiple entities across regions.
• Creates event notifications using multiple applications with Corporate Actions Center.
