Job summary

Qualifications

• Must have a bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Analytics, Information Systems Management, or related field.
• Two years of experience in client service, relationship support, or a related role.
• Experience building relationships with clients to understand trading strategies and needs.
• Experience analyzing large data sets and deriving key themes and action items.

Associate, Client Onboarding & Configuration with Goldman Sachs & Co. LLC in Salt Lake City, Utah. Engage in client service and relationship support, risk management, regulatory adherence, and other related tasks. Provide operational risk management and oversight for the Firm's account opening workflow and processes, including identifying and managing potential risks in the daily business operations, implementing controls to mitigate risk and working with cross-function teams to enable accurate reporting. Requires: Bachelor’s degree (U.S. or foreign equivalent) in Finance, Economics, Business Analytics, Information Systems Management, or a related field and two (2) years of experience in the job offered or in a related role. Prior experience must include two (2) years with: building relationships with both external and internal clients to understand specific trading strategies and determine individual needs; analyzing large data sets of 10,000+ lines and synthesizing into key themes or action items; analyzing data and configuring operational metrics through one of the following self-service tools: Alteryx, Tableau, SQL, Data Warehousing, Defensive Design Methods and RPA robotics; working on multiple, time-sensitive projects in partnership with global teams and cross-functions; and ensuring timely delivery with high quality to meet client or business expectations.
