Traba, a New York-based startup, is hiring an entrepreneurial Product Manager to own and evolve the staffing product at the center of its marketplace. You’ll work with enterprise customers and workers, collaborating with engineers, designers, data analysts, and field teams to design and ship practical solutions for industrial facilities.

You’ll be expected to drive product strategy, balance customer needs with operational realities, and build scalable internal tooling.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience as a Product Manager.
• Experience shipping products that moved business outcomes.
• Strong track record in two-sided marketplaces with real supply/demand.
• Experience building enterprise products with multi-stakeholder customers.
• Experience building internal tooling or systems used in business execution.
• Strong technical fluency and ability to work with engineering teams.
• Experience operating in startup environments with speed and ownership.
• Desire to work at a startup and cover a wide surface area.
• Strong work ethic and ownership mindset.
