What you will do:
We are looking for a MARKETPLACE SALES REPRESENTATIVE who can help shape our vision and support our mission. Here is what the position will look like.
What you will bring:
Education: High School Diploma or equivalency required.
Experience: A minimum of two years’ relevant Marketplace (Exchange) insurance sales experience.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Strong understanding of the local insurance market. Ability to analyze an agency book on a quarterly basis and recommend actions. Ability to explain complex technical or insurance terms to diverse audiences. Strong problem-solving skills to navigate organizational processes and resolve member issues. Highly organized, deadline-driven, and able to manage multiple priorities in a hybrid environment. Demonstrates support for the company’s mission, vision and values. Position requires excellent written and verbal communication skills. Must be proficient in Microsoft office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, SharePoint) as well as CRM systems; with ability to work with a variety of project management tools. May be required to manage multiple priorities and projects with tight deadlines.
Licenses/Certifications: Must hold a Health, Accident, and Life Insurance license for the state of Colorado and complete continuing education to maintain it and in good standing . A valid driver’s license and proof of current auto insurance will be required for any position requiring driving.

Pay, Perks and Benefits at Colorado Access:
The compensation for this position is a base salary of $70,000.00 0- $75,000.00 annually, plus commissions. Colorado Access has provided a compensation range that represents its good faith estimate of what Colorado Access may pay for the position at the time of posting. Colorado Access may ultimately pay more or less than the posted compensation range. The salary offered to the selected candidate will be determined based on factors such as the qualifications of the selected candidate, departmental budget availability, internal salary equity considerations, and available market information, but not based on a candidate’s sex or any other protected status.

This position will be a hybrid model work environment, a blend of ‘In-Office’ and ‘Remote.’
