Aquent Talent is seeking a Marketplace Operations Specialist to join a fast-paced supply chain team at the World Headquarters, on-site in Beaverton. The role focuses on monitoring performance, identifying risks, and improving supply chain efficiency.

You will work with Planning, Merchandising, Finance, Transportation, and Account teams to drive better business decisions and ensure accurate reporting as priorities evolve.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of experience in supply chain, operations, order management, or related field.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and make decisions amid ambiguity.
• Strong time-management and multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with operational data, reporting, or business analysis.

Responsibilities

• Monitor operational metrics to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Analyze data to provide clear, actionable information for partners.
• Support order book health, supply chain execution, service levels, and efficiency.
• Provide timely responses via email, phone, and cross-functional communication.
• Build relationships with a broad network of business partners.
• Support monthly shipment goal-setting and planning activities.
• Identify process gaps and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
• Support projects and implement solutions to improve performance.
• Work across teams as priorities evolve and ensure timely reporting.
