Job summary

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, present insights to leadership, and translate data into actionable recommendations, helping the business stay ahead in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in supply planning, inventory planning, inventory management, or related supply chain function.
• Strong analytical skills with experience working with large datasets.
• Proven experience using data to make critical purchasing, replenishment, inventory, or supply decisions.
• Strong understanding of supply and demand relationships and core inventory management principles.
• Ability to identify the key story within data and clearly communicate what is happening, why it matters, and what action should be taken.
• Strong presentation and communication skills, including experience presenting to cross-functional or leadership audiences.
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and professional experience.

Responsibilities

• Analyze demand, supply, and inventory data to identify trends, risks, opportunities, and critical supply gaps.
• Review large datasets to determine what to buy, how much to buy, and when action needs to be taken to maintain optimal inventory levels.
• Develop and communicate strategic recommendations that balance inventory needs, demand forecasts, supply constraints, and business priorities.
• Monitor inventory health, identifying shortages, excess inventory, or other supply risks.
• Collaborate with operations and merchandising to execute supply and inventory strategies.
• Present insights and recommendations in business forums with clear data storytelling.
• Translate analytical findings into concise, actionable recommendations for stakeholders and leadership.
• Navigate changing priorities and ambiguity while meeting deadlines.
• Support ongoing supply planning across a high-volume, global product portfolio.
