Job summary

CookUnity is seeking a Marketplace Supervisor to lead on-site teams in daily operations, including receiving, inventory, storage, and scheduling. You will manage SOPs to ensure accurate inspections, stock availability, and efficient workflow within the marketplace.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years in warehouse operations with supervisory exposure and a degree in a related field; WMS proficiency and strong communication skills are essential. Evening/weekend flexibility is expected.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in warehouse operations with 1–2 years in a supervisory role.
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management or related field preferred.
• Proficiency in warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory software.

Responsibilities

• Operational Oversight: supervise receiving, inspections, storage, and inventory levels.
• Warehouse Organization and Maintenance: operate pallet jacks, maintain dry storage and freezer areas.
• Process Implementation and Improvement: optimize receiving, inventory management, ordering, and staff scheduling; identify efficiency gains.
