Signature Performance Tire and Wheel is seeking a Marketplace Operations Manager to own Amazon and eBay marketplace operations from listings and pricing to customer service and account health. You will manage orders, verify fitment, and optimize listings while ensuring accurate tracking and inventory across platforms.

The role is hands-on, data-driven, and suitable for someone who thrives on problem-solving, process improvement, and ownership of results in a fast-moving ecommerce environment.

Responsabilidades

• Manage daily operations within Amazon Seller Central and eBay Seller Hub.
• Process marketplace orders accurately and efficiently.
• Respond to customer messages, product questions, and order-related concerns.
• Verify vehicle fitment and product compatibility before orders are released.
• Review year, make, model, bolt pattern, wheel sizing, tire sizing, offsets, and other application information.
• Add, verify, and monitor tracking information.
• Follow shipments through delivery and address delays or fulfillment issues.
• Handle cancellations, returns, exchanges, etc.
• Monitor inventory availability and help maintain stock levels across marketplaces.
• Identify underperforming products and opportunities to improve listings or pricing.

About the Role

Signature Performance Tire and Wheel is looking for a driven, organized, and detail-oriented Marketplace Operations Manager to take ownership of our Amazon and eBay marketplace operations.

We specialize in aftermarket automotive products including wheels, tires, suspension, and accessories. We are looking for someone who understands that successful marketplace management goes far beyond simply processing orders.

This person will help manage the complete marketplace experience—from product listings and pricing to customer service, fitment verification, order processing, tracking, inventory accuracy, returns, and account health.

This is a hands-on position for someone who enjoys solving problems, improving processes, analyzing marketplace performance, and taking ownership of results.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations within Amazon Seller Central and eBay Seller Hub
• Process marketplace orders accurately and efficiently
• Respond to customer messages, product questions, and order-related concerns
• Verify vehicle fitment and product compatibility before orders are released
• Review year, make, model, bolt pattern, wheel sizing, tire sizing, offsets, and other application information
• Add, verify, and monitor tracking information
• Follow shipments through delivery and proactively address delays or fulfillment issues
• Handle cancellations, returns, exchanges, damaged shipments, and customer-service escalations
• Open and manage Amazon and eBay support cases when necessary
• Manage and optimize marketplace product listings
• Improve listing titles, descriptions, specifications, images, item specifics, and marketplace data
• Apply marketplace SEO best practices to improve product visibility
• Monitor inventory availability and help maintain accurate stock levels across marketplaces
• Identify inventory discrepancies and work with purchasing, vendors, and fulfillment warehouses to resolve them
• Monitor competitor pricing and assist with marketplace pricing strategies
• Monitor sales, conversion rates, customer feedback, returns, and marketplace performance
• Identify underperforming products and opportunities to improve listings or pricing
• Identify potential new product opportunities and coordinate with purchasing to expand our marketplace catalog
• Assist with Amazon A+ Content, Amazon PPC, and eBay Promoted Listings when applicable
• Work closely with sales, purchasing, warehouse, vendors, and fulfillment partners
• Maintain organized records and follow up on outstanding orders and customer issues
• Identify problems before they negatively affect customers or marketplace account health
• Help develop and improve internal marketplace processes as the department grows

Marketplace Performance & Account Health

We want someone who understands that Amazon and eBay performance is measured and that maintaining strong marketplace metrics is critical.

You should be comfortable monitoring metrics including:

• Account health
• Sales and revenue
• Conversion rates
• Order defect rate
• Late shipment rate
• Cancellation rate
• Valid tracking rate
• On-time delivery
• Customer response time
• Returns
• Negative feedback
• Cases and disputes
• Listing performance
• Inventory availability

You should be able to recognize when a metric is moving in the wrong direction, investigate why, and help develop a solution.

What We’re Looking For

• 2+ years of hands-on e-commerce or marketplace experience preferred
• Experience with Amazon Seller Central
• Experience with eBay Seller Hub
• Strong understanding of marketplace seller metrics and account health
• Experience managing marketplace orders and customer-service issues
• Experience creating or optimizing marketplace listings
• Understanding of marketplace SEO and listing best practices
• Analytical mindset with the ability to review sales and performance data
• Strong written and verbal communication
• Excellent attention to detail
• Strong organizational and follow-up skills
• Ability to manage multiple orders, customers, and priorities simultaneously
• Comfortable working with multiple browser tabs, software platforms, and systems throughout the day
• Working knowledge of Excel or spreadsheets
• Ability to quickly learn new software and internal processes
• Dependable and able to take ownership without constant supervision
