Job summary

Socket.dev is seeking a hands-on Marketplace Specialist in Jacksonville, FL. You will manage day-to-day marketplace activities, optimize product content and imagery, and support growth initiatives across multiple channels including Amazon, Walmart, and others.

Qualifications

2–5 years in e-commerce, online retail or marketplace management.
Hands-on experience supporting or managing third-party marketplaces.
Strong analytical skills to interpret performance data and drive improvements.
Advanced Excel skills with large data sets.

Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day marketplace activities for assigned channels, ensuring accuracy of listings, content, pricing and inventory.
Support execution of marketplace strategies to drive sales, profitability, and operations.
Monitor performance metrics including sales, traffic, conversions, advertising, and returns.
Prepare and maintain weekly marketplace reports and identify trends and opportunities.
Analyze data and provide actionable insights to the Marketplace Manager.
Coordinate with internal teams to meet marketplace requirements and SLAs.
