Job summary

Palmer Group is seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Manager to drive marketplace growth across eCommerce platforms. This role focuses on developing and executing digital marketing strategies to increase sales, brand visibility, and profitability.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years in paid media for eCommerce, strong analytics, and hands-on experience with Amazon, Walmart, and other marketplaces. On-site position in Cedar Rapids with collaboration across Sales and Brand Marketing teams.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of paid media management in eCommerce or digital marketing
• Experience with digital advertising platforms and analytics tools
• Experience advertising on Amazon, Walmart, TikTok or similar marketplaces
• Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills
• Experience with Amazon Vendor Central and Seller Central
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, communications, advertising or related field

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute marketplace marketing strategies to drive revenue growth
• Manage and optimize Amazon Advertising, Amazon DSP, and Walmart Connect campaigns
• Improve product discoverability, conversions, ROAS, and TACoS
• Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and performance reporting
• Collaborate with Sales, Brand Marketing, and external agencies to maximize campaign results
• Lead marketplace promotions and implement A/B testing and data-driven optimizations
