Job summary

Frontier Co-op seeks a Digital Marketing Manager to lead marketplace advertising strategies across Amazon, Walmart, and other channels for Frontier Co-op and Simply Organic brands. You will manage campaigns, optimize content, analyze data, and drive growth with cross-functional teams.

The role requires deep Amazon Advertising, Walmart Connect experience, and a strong ecommerce background. Located in Norway, IA or Boulder, CO with a hybrid work approach and emphasis on ROI.

Qualifications

• Strong experience with digital advertising platforms and analytics
• Experience advertising on 3P platforms (Amazon, Walmart, TikTok)
• Experience working with external marketing agencies to improve ad performance
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with data-driven insights
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute digital marketing strategies aligned with brand objectives
• Drive revenue growth and profitability across marketplace channels
• Improve product findability, conversion, and customer acquisition
• Collaborate with Sales and Brand teams on marketplace initiatives
• Monitor marketplace trends and competitive activity to stay ahead
