Job summary

Azul Hospitality seeks an entry-level Marketplace attendant for the Koloa Landing Autograph Collection in Hawaii. You will manage outlet setup, assist with food preparation, and handle cash at the marketplace with a focus on service quality.

Qualifications

• One to three years of experience in food service operation.
• Customer Service experience required.
• High school or equivalent education required.

Responsibilities

• Operate a cash register/POS system and receive payment from customers in cash or credit card, accurately count and provide change to customers as required, and follow all company customer service and cash handling policies.
• Give cash refunds or issue credit memorandums to customers for returned merchandise.
• Read menu to estimate food requirements and orders food from supplier or procures it from storage.
• Adjust thermostat controls to regulate temperature of ovens, boilers, grills, roasters, and steam kettles.
• Prepare food, coffee, and other beverages.
• Maintain sanitation, health, and safety standards in work areas.
