Job summary

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of Activities Hut, pool slide, cabanas, and activity calendar.
• Ensure resort standards for guest satisfaction and act as main guest contact.
• Build and maintain inventory for on-site guest rentals and retail items.
• Create processes for equipment maintenance, staff procedures and safety.
• Manage budgets for sub-revenue categories within the department.
• Direct, train and schedule Activities/Cabana staff and facilitate hiring processes.
