Qualifications

• High school diploma required or equivalent.
• 1+ year of customer service, data entry, healthcare, or insurance experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Review enrollment applications for Marketplace members for completeness and accuracy.
• Verify eligibility documentation and resolve discrepancies.
• Enter and maintain member information in enrollment systems.
• Respond to inbound enrollment inquiries and provide updates on effective dates and coverage status.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure a smooth enrollment experience.
• Maintain compliance with CMS, state Marketplace, and internal guidelines.
